Option One – Fully Managed Service

For a management fee we will look after all aspects of the rental, which allows you to step back from the day-to-day responsibilities, but most importantly, you are kept fully informed. This service includes:
 

• Full expert marketing of your property.
• Full tenant referencing.
• Collection of rent for the duration of the tenancy.
• Tenant introduction, arranging and accompanying viewings. 
• Negotiating the tenancy.
• Arranging check in/out procedures and Property Condition Reports.
• Monthly accounting & statements.
• White & Sons are part of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme and we will hold the deposit for the duration of the tenancy.
• Management of routine property maintenance.
• Regular property inspection visits with any concerns being highlighted.
• Serving of Notices as required.
• Arrangement of required legal documents, such as Right to Rent Check, Gas Safety Certificates and EICRs*
• Liaising with landlord and tenant regarding the dilapidations deposit at the end of the tenancy.

 
Option Two – Rental Health Check

Our expert team will review your current rental agreement.  We will ensure all legislative documents and safety certificates are present, up to date and advise accordingly.
